Welcome to Coyote Distillery

In the early 1900’s my family distilled spirits hidden in the backwoods of Liberty Lake Washington. In those days they were called Moonshiners because distilling liquor was illegal and done underground or in the moonlight.

Today we are called Craft Distilleries but other than that the process has remained much the same. It is with a great dedication and admiration that I have decided to rekindle my family tradition with Coyote Distillery.

I hope you enjoy our hand crafted and ever-changing spirits.

As a craft distillery we take pride in using only the highest quality, all-natural ingrediants to create premium spirits for our patrons to enjoy.

Gin is a spirit that gets its predominant flavour from juniper berries and is one of the broadest categories of spirits. At Coyote our Gin (something about the distillation process.)

Moonshine was originally slang for high-proof spirits that were distilled illegally in the 1900's. At Coyote our Moonshine (something about the distillation process.)
