In the early 1900’s my family distilled spirits hidden in the backwoods of Liberty Lake Washington. In those days they were called Moonshiners because distilling liquor was illegal and done underground or in the moonlight.
Today we are called Craft Distilleries but other than that the process has remained much the same. It is with a great dedication and admiration that I have decided to rekindle my family tradition with Coyote Distillery.
I hope you enjoy our hand crafted and ever-changing spirits.
